A tutorial organisation specialising in UTME preparation has opened two additional learning centres, bringing its nationwide presence to four facilities as demand for structured examination coaching continues to grow.

Teesas Education launched the new centres in Ikota, Lagos State, and along Egbu Road in Imo State, expanding access to its technology driven learning model that has helped thousands of students prepare for the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board examination.

The organisation announced the expansion in a statement on Tuesday, describing it as a strategic move to support more students seeking admission into Nigerian universities.

Since establishing its first JAMB tutorial centres in 2024, Teesas Education has built a reputation for delivering strong results, with over 97 per cent of its students scoring above 200 in the UTME, and 25 per cent exceeding 300 marks, placing the organisation among the top performers nationwide.

The centres operate a hybrid learning model combining physical classes led by expert tutors with online coaching for students unable to attend in person JAMB lessons, providing flexibility for diverse learning needs.

Both new facilities feature modern learning tools, including interactive boards designed to transform traditional lessons into engaging, multisensory experiences. These boards allow tutors to display multimedia content, such as Teesas’ tutorial videos, enhancing student engagement and information retention.

Mr Osayi Izedonmwen, Founder and Chairman of Teesas Education, explained the motivation behind the expansion.

“Our goal is simple. We want to give every child the best chance at securing admission into their dream university,” Izedonmwen stated, adding that “these new centres allow us to support even more students with in person tutoring that is structured, engaging, and proven to deliver results.”

Students who have passed through the programme have shared positive testimonials about its effectiveness.

Sixteen year old Onyemwennosa Iyamu credited Teesas Learning Centre with playing a key role in her UTME success, noting that the tutors covered additional topics beyond what she was taught in school.

The expansion comes as the 2026 UTME registration period continues, with candidates preparing intensively for the examination scheduled for later this year.

With four centres now operational across Lagos and Imo states, Teesas Education is positioning itself as one of the fastest growing UTME tutorial providers in Nigeria, offering structured support to students aiming for competitive scores in the increasingly challenging university admission process.
