JAMB Announces Deadline for 2024 Direct Entry Registration
The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has officially announced the closing date for the 2024 Direct Entry (DE) registration. According to the latest update from JAMB, the deadline for Direct Entry registration is set for Monday, 17th June, 2024.
JAMB’s Official Statement
The JAMB spokesperson highlighted the importance of adhering to the registration deadline to ensure a smooth admission process. “We urge all prospective Direct Entry candidates to take advantage of the extended registration period and complete their applications in a timely manner. Any applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered.”
2024 Registration Process
Prospective candidates are required to visit the official JAMB portal to register. The registration involves creating a profile, providing personal and academic details, and uploading relevant documents such as O’level results, A’level certificates, and other qualifications.

Requirements
Candidates must have a minimum of two Advanced Level passes or equivalent qualifications such as NCE, ND, and HND to be eligible for Direct Entry admission. Additionally, all applicants must have five credit passes at the O’level, including Mathematics and English.
