- LAGOS requires English Language, Mathematics, Physics and any of Chemistry, Economics, Biology and Geography

- LAUTECH requires ‘O’ Level credit passes to include English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics and Biology.
- GOUU same as in Biological Sciences.
- IMSU requires ‘O’ Level credit pass in Chemistry and also accepts ‘O’ Level pass in English Language.
- EBSU requires five (5) ‘O’ Level credit passes in English Language, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and any other Science subject from Further Mathematics and Biology or Agricultural Science
- FUTA requires ‘O’ Level credit pass in Chemistry
- AAUA requires five (5) ‘O’ Level credit passes to include English Language, Mathematics, Physics and two (2) other Science subjects.
- RENAISSANCE and PAUL require five (5) ‘O’ Level credit passes at not more than two (2) sittings including English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics and Biology.

- BENIN does not accept Mathematics at ‘A’ Level. In addition to UTME requirements accepts ND upper credit / HND lower credit in Food Technology or Science Laboratory Technology. NCE credit in Biology or Chemistry.
- BABCOCK, KSU, PHC, ABSU and IMSU No Direct Entry
- MINNA, COOU and UDU accept ND/HND lower credit plus four (4) ‘O’ Level credit passes in relevant subjects.
