What’s New in the 2026 JAMB Brochure
For the 2026 UTME, JAMB has introduced significant enhancements to make the brochure more accessible:
- QR Code Access: In January 2026, JAMB encouraged candidates to scan a QR code to access the official UTME brochure, syllabus, subject combinations, and other vital admission information. The Board shared this on its official X handle, @JAMBHQ, on Tuesday, January 6, 2026. Through this QR code, candidates can access details on approved institutions and courses, correct subject combinations per course, UTME syllabus and topics, recommended reading texts, and other essential admission requirements.
- IBASS Integration: JAMB also provides access through the IBASS (Integrated Brochure and Syllabus System). Candidates can use the IBASS platform at https://ibass.jamb.gov.ng/brochure to access the ebrochure interactively. This platform offers a dynamic way to navigate course requirements and institution information.
The brochure contains accredited institutions, available courses, UTME subject combinations, O’Level requirements, and special considerations for candidates. It lists all accredited universities, polytechnics, monotechnics, and colleges of education in Nigeria.
